Kindly note that all office appointments are exclusively for diamond viewings. There is no jewelry on display at our New York office.

Q: How do I get my ring resized?

We offer a one-time free ring resizing within the first year of purchase. To resize your ring, send us an email with details of your purchased ring and the new ring size. To know more, read our ring resize policy.

Q: How do I return my order?

We offer 30-day, no-questions-asked-free returns on all diamonds and jewelry products (including those from the create-your-own range and all fine jewelry products) except for bespoke customized pieces.
